Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Green Tech Africa, a leading force in sustainable transportation in East Africa, was honored to participate in two significant events aimed at advancing green mobility in Ethiopia and across the continent. Organized by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MoTL) in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC), the events were held at Jomo 3 in the Haujian Mini Industry Zone.
Held from November 22-30, 2024, the Green Mobility Exhibition and Symposium spotlighted the latest advancements in sustainable transport technologies, policies, and infrastructure, aligned with the African Union’s Agenda 2063. Green Tech Africa seized this opportunity to display its cutting-edge innovations, showcasing seven different electric vehicle models and charging piles.
The event brought together experts, policymakers, and industry leaders, creating a platform to discuss opportunities, challenges, and breakthroughs in green transportation. As part of the exhibition, Green Tech Africa demonstrated its commitment to sustainability and innovation, engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Africa.
From November 25-29, 2024, the 8th Program for Infrastructure Development in Africa (PIDA) Week attracted over 750 participants, including government officials, private sector leaders, and international organizations. This year’s theme emphasized the pivotal role of sustainable transportation and infrastructure in driving Africa’s economic transformation.
Green Tech Africa, as a sponsor, gained prominent visibility through branding opportunities, an exhibition booth, and networking sessions. The company’s participation underscored its dedication to addressing Africa’s unique mobility challenges through innovative solutions.
